We are now in
the thirteenth year of this popular and successful touring event, and once
again we have a new and interesting route. We are again inviting
entries from all makes of classic cars, as well as M.G.s. Due to the
overwhelming response to this event, for which we have averaged entries of
100 cars ranging from such rare classics as a 1961 VW Karmann Ghia, several
XK Series Jagauars, as well as M.G.s. of all ages, from a 1930 M Type to the
latest M.G. TF, your early application is advised to avoid disappointment.

Triple-M Register Flat Cap & Whippet Weekend Friday
30th May to Sunday 1st June 2008
As you know,
40 pre-war MGs will be in Yorkshire for the Triple-M Register ‘Flat Cap &
Whippet’ weekend Fri 30th May to Sun 1st June.
I am certain
it’s of not of interest to all, but possibly some Yorkshire members might be
interested in seeing these old wrecks (cars or drivers?) in our locality.
Our weekend
base is East Ayton, just inland of Scarborough. On the Sat we will be
touring the NY Moors and Coastal area and on the Sun we will be at Oliver’s
Mount and Castle Howard. If anyone wants more details I will be happy to
provide routes and approx timings if they contact me direct.
